I've loved Boston Legal ever since it started, but kudos to the stroke of genius in adding John Larroquette to an already stellar cast. The best part of this show is always the balcony scenes at the end between James Spader and William Shatner. The characters they play are so outrageous, and the chemistry between these two so perfect, that these scenes are just masterful. I swear, this is the funniest show on television right now, and I can't wait to see where they take this new season.
I'm disappointed by the faces that I didn't see, though. I'm disapointed that Rene Auberjonois is gone, as well as a few of the others. Hopefully, they'll be smart enough to bring them back for cameos and bits, because the success of this show has always been about the casting. It's wonderfully written, yes, but it's the cast that pulls it off that makes this show so much fun to watch. :)
