The tv show thing was fun up until this weekend when I tried to watch CSI: Miami. I got 10 minutes into it and gave up. That show is as boring as watching paint dry.
Two and a Half Men was as funny as it always is, and I honestly enjoy it, but The Big Bang Theory and Rules of Engagement left me kinda cold. Too much of the standard sitcom formula for me, I guess.
I am, however, watching a great premiere ep of Bones, which I've loved since it started. It has what all the CSI's are missing: character. Okay, and David Boreanaz. But, seriously, it's always kept my interest. Each character is unique and quirky, and the side stories actually become the cases while the relationships between them take center stage. We have always enjoyed it.
