I Battle Bipolar Disorder
Couple of things here that came up recently for me - specifically that being bipolar doesn't make you a bad Christian. I'm finding that it's becoming very important for me to share that specific point as often as possible.
I choose education over ignorance.

part of me wonders how that could possibly come up. Then I remember the pastor who told me I couldn't possibly be a good parent if I wasn't a christian and I stop wondering.
Not so far off, actually. I was reading something in a blog written by a dj for one of the radio stations I listen to, and I was stunned by some of the reactions he'd gotten to admitting to going through a depression, as well as the comments left by other readers.
