I understand how upset you must feel, especially as this series of changes has come as such a broadside. I'm hopeful that while the immediate impact seems severe, that as time goes on players will find that they're just as capable of seeking out and roleplaying with those they always have as before.

While Coalition Chat will remain changed in SOME instances (FOUND House, for example, is hoping to maintain the same links it had before) and not all supergroups will be represented on one forum but multiple forums, I hope that most players will find they have more choices about the roleplay styles they prefer to engage in or not and ultimately face a lot less angst and unrest as players gravitate toward either end of the spectrum (or not, as they choose).

The leaders of the groups that were seperated have been unhappy here for a long time. Some of them even held a secret meeting several months ago to discuss plans to kick the Freedom Phalanx out of the community. I think, when the dust finally settles, they'll find that these changes are exactly what they've truly wanted.
