New TF plans

After a lot of consideration, I'll be dropping the weekly TF to a monthly basis to prevent the problems that led to the hiatus after the last failed attempt. As I'm able, I'd like to supplement with planned TFs at the forums as I go, probably doing one or two a month there as well.

Anyone still interested in doing the ones organized here, please chime in and let me know if you'd like to be added/subtracted from the email list.
