Um...Oops?

I have no idea how to explain this, but as I was heading for the car, I turned back to say something to my neighbor, and...totally sprained my ankle. I somehow turned my foot just as I shifted all my weight onto the damn thing.

So...emergency room, x-rays, stupid walker, yadda yadda.

I feel so foolish. :P
