A request

While I appreciate everyone's intentions in offering helpful information and suggestions for our situation, I am asking you all to please STOP. We have a workman's comp lawyer. We are constantly asking about our rights. We are trying to jump through the hoops and provide the mountain of paperwork that Medicaid, Food Stamps, and Unemployment want us to provide to prove that we deserve to get on the list for help.

But let me be very clear here.

I'M TIRED OF TALKING ABOUT IT.

Seriously.

Tell me about your wedding plans, your vacay plans, your great day, your crappy day. Tell me about how well or shitty things are going in your life. Stop giving me advice about mine. I know you're trying to help, but you're not helping.

Mike and I both have been experiencing a great deal of the emotional spectrum since the beginning of this debacle, and mostly, when you bring it up, you stir all of it up further. We're tired. We're angry. We kinda have a cold, thanks to the weather. It's my time of the month. We're frustrated. We're trying to hold onto our faith in God's grace and faithfulness to us by remembering that he's never NOT provided for us.
