Spotlight - Wicked Sinful

Villain Name: Wicked Sinful
Name: Kyla (to most) or Ilyrra (to those she trusts with her true name)

Ilyrra's life in the secluded glade that her tribe inhabitted wasn't a bad one by any means. They lived happily in accord with nature in some icy northland wood where few humans ventured. Their rules, passed down through the generations, were simple: Do not venture far from the glade, and do not interact with outsiders.

The problem, for Ilyrra, was that curiousity seemed ingrained in the little fae to her very toes. This often got her into little troubles along the way, but none so bad as a day about 800 years ago when the relatively young creature ventured too far from home.

She spotted a strange outsider too tall to be fae, but too exotic to be human, who smelled of magic and frost. Curiousity drove the rule about outsiders completely from her mind, and she followed the stranger for an afternoon until he came to a stop near an icy river where he kneeled down to take a drink.

What she didn't know was that the odd winterlander had sensed her presence and was waiting for her approach - something that Ilyrra couldn't resist doing. They spoke well into the night - Ilyrra fascinated with her newly discovered friend and the stranger amused, biding his time while learning what he could of the little floating being in whom he sensed a great deal of magical ability.

By the end of the conversation, Ilyrra was charmed and her new 'friend' knew where her glade was, the charms that protected it, and that the little fae was actually quite far from home by now. He offered to provide her shelter for the night, and in her gratitude, she bestowed upon him a kiss.

Now, the forgotten lore that necessitated Ilyrra's tribe's seclusion came into play with that fateful kiss. You see, it sealed her will to its recipient for a hundred years. Much to the stranger's continuous delight during that time, this became a torment for the little fae, who was forced to assist in the exploitation of her tribe's considerable magical resources until it was completely and utterly destroyed.

Ilyrra has been free of that servitude for nearly 400 years now, but not before her tormentor drained her to the point of death of her own considerable magical gifts. She has recently found her way to human society, carefully hiding her fae nature from all but the most perceptive people. She is finally growing stronger again, and may one day be capable of exacting some delicious revenge on the evil elf that caused her downfall.

Game stuff:

WS is an ice/energy Dominator, and while I enjoy her, I find her completely unable to solo, so her progress is slow. I enjoy her personality-wise though, so teaming is best anyway. :)
