Mom emailed me this morning to let me know that my brother is up and on his feet again. As the ambulance was arriving/leaving/whatever, his manager had told him to take the rest of the week to recover, and when he arrived last Monday, he was told he'd been fired for not coming in.

So, this morning, he's borrowed a car to run a couple of errands and visit a job center, as well as file a greivance against the old job. My sister-in-law is being told that her doctor wants to take her all the way to her due date in August, but she's already in so much pain that I think she's hoping for sooner. Lotta meds to keep her from losing the baby, try to ease the pain and nausea, and she sounds just exhausted.

And Mom sounds as homesick as I am homesick for her. :(

Anyway, pray for them, or send good thoughts, or whichever you do.
