That's....different

So, we're driving through Miami Beach on our way to the hotel on Monday, and we ended up behind this for several blocks, scratching our heads all the way...



Near as I can tell from the url, it's either rentable for people wanting to party without driving or it's meant to pick up people along South Beach who are obviously too drunk to drive. In either case, it's...well, okay, it's hilarious. :P
