We just received a letter asking us to consider Caedyn for the International Baccalaureate Organization's magnet program which, put simply, is a college preparatory program. If he were to continue in this program into the high school level, he would be earning college credits and be eligible for a full scholarship. IB students are highly sought after by prestigious colleges and universities.
Reading between the lines, I see the potential for a lot of pressure here, but at the same time, proud mom moment here. They sent this based on his test scores, and I'm...so totally floored. I always say he's brilliant, but...wow. Tears. :)
Also, better school choice in Lauderdale Lakes.
So, this makes 4 potentials and mondo head-spinning.
