Saying Goodbye

The Orange Bowl has been a huge part of South Florida history. It has seen the Hurricanes, Dolphins, and Marlins play. It has hosted 5 super bowls, numerous concerts (including Van Halen, AC/DC, and Metallica), and various community events (including a Billy Graham crusade I remember going to with my mom when I was...12?).

So, when I opened an email that included this picture from my cousin this morning, it was a bit of a shock. After 70 years, the Orange Bowl stadium is no more.
